Do I have to wait until my current auto insurance policy expires to switch carriers? 
     No, you can change auto insurance anytime during the coverage period.  Any pre-paid premium dollars will be
     refunded to you by the prior carrier in a timely manner.  It is the law.

How do I know that my new company will be there for me during a claim like my former provider?
     All of our preferred auto carriers are "A" rated companies by A.M. Best.

How do I file a claim?
     Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m, call our office.  If it is outside of normal business hours, click on the tab
     above labeled CLAIMS.  From this location, you will be able to choose the carrier your policy is with and get 
     their contact information. 

Can I allow a family member or friend to use my car?
     Yes, your policy protection is extended to anyone you grant permission to drive your car.

Will my roommate's renters policy cover me as well?
     Typical policies cover you and your family members.  So, if your roommate is not a relative, they will need to
     get their on policy to cover them.

As a business owner, am I covered when I rent a car under my business auto policy?
     You need to have Hired Auto Liability and Physical Damage coverage on your business auto policy.  If you have
     these coverages amended on your policy, you should be covered.

How often should I review my life insurance with my agent?
     It is a good idea to do this once a year.  However, changes in your life like divorce, marriage, having a child or
     any major life changes should be communicated with your life agent promptly.
